For fellow vegetarians visiting Amsterdam, this place is a must visit.
Mediamatic serves a delicious five-course menu fully made from locally grown vegetables. The menu is always changing depending on the season and available vegetables so it’s always a nice surprise. You can enhance your meal with a wine, beer, or non-alcoholic pairing, I opted for the wine pairing and it truly elevated the experience of my food.

The restaurant is set right on the waterfront, so beautiful views are all around you. You can choose to sit in the main dining area or go for a more intimate experience in one of the mini greenhouses designed for two, they’re incredibly cosy and private. The overall atmosphere is romantic and warm, with candlelight and wooden accents adding to the charm.
